The Tin-Zinc Electroplating System allows you to easily plate clean parts like in-place nuts and bolts. Connect the large clamp to the part to be plated, connect the small clamp to the end of the Electroplating Brush, and dip brush into the Electroplating Solution. Slowly "paint" the surface until desired plating is achieved.
EW Electroplating System Tin Zinc

This kit solves problems of sending parts out to expensive plating shops, or storing dangerous chemicals by allowing you to conveniently plate almost any metal part at home. This system brings a brilliant luster to properly prepared metal parts with a corrosion-resistant, protective plating resembling chrome but without the expense, hassles or hazards. Electroplating uses electric current to pull small amounts of metal from the positively charged tin-zinc anode bar through electrolyte solution and onto the negatively charged piece to be plated. The anode bar will last through dozens of parts.
EW Electropalting Electrolyte Solution

Replacement Electrolyte can be used to replace contaminated solution or for plating larger parts. This Solution contains Sulfuric Acid. HANDLE WITH CARE to avoid skin and clothing contact! Use our Disposable Nitrile Gloves. Pack of 2 Anode Bars (10049 A) recommended to replace used Anodes or for plating larger items.
Electroplating Anodes 2 Pack

The Anode supplies metal ions to the solution for plating. The Anode slowly wears away during plating and eventually needs to be replaced. Clean the Anode Bar after every few minutes of plating to remove the dark buildup. (Use an old toothbrush & distilled water). DO NOT CLEAN BAR WHILE IN THE PLATING SOLUTION. Use Replacement Electrolyte Solution (10049 ZB) to replace contaminated solution or for plating larger parts.
EW Clear Zinc Aerosol 12 oz

Duplicate Plating with the Ease of an Aerosol Application - Clear Zinc duplicates the exact appearance of Clear Zinc plating. This blue/gray OEM plating was used on a variety of components such as: disc brake dust shields, coil brackets, pulleys, alternator fans, vacuum advance canisters, relays, hose clamps and misc. brackets. Eastwood has duplicated the exact hue in a durable, easily applied aerosol enamel formulation. Resists temperatures up to 300 degrees F. 12 oz net wt. aerosol covers up to 6 sq. ft. 11-15% gloss. PRE Painting Prep (10041Z) removes residual grease and oil for good adhesion.
EW Metal Blackening Solution 1 Pt

Replacement Metal Blackening Concentrate keeps your Metal Blackening System operating.
EW Zinc Phosphate Aerosol 12 oz

Duplicate the Factory Appearance of Zinc Phosphate - Zinc Phosphate duplicates OEM Zinc Phosphate plating. This charcoal gray OEM plating was used on inner and outer tie rod ends, tie rod adjustment sleeves, center links, some spindles hood hinges and latches, sway bars and some shift and carb linkages. Duplicated to match the exact appearance of Zinc Phosphate plating in a very durable enamel aerosol formulation. Temp. resistant to 300 degrees F, one 12 oz. net wt. covers up to 6 sq. ft. 4-8% gloss. Use PRE Painting Prep (10041Z) to remove residual grease and oil before coating
